CEED Tech launched their FIWARE Accelerator Call on 16 September, with an application deadline of 15 December '14.
The CEED Tech 3 - 6 month acceleration programs will be based at partner technology hubs in Estonia (Startup Wise Guys BusinessTech), Lithuania (Open Coffee Club), Slovakia (The Spot), the Czech Republic (Startup Yard) and Hungary (Digital Factory).
The acceleration process has 4 phases with the first 3 phases taking place in-house with one of the technology hubs for 3 - 6 months, depending on location. THe first programme will run from March - June 2015.

Each team accepted by one of the accelerators will receive initial seed funding as a grant of up to €30,000. It is a requirement of the EC grant that all projects leverage FIWARE enablers and technology.
High potential business ideas that have provided viability and market potential will recieve follow-up funding of €30,000 - €250,000 after the programme as private investment in return for an equity stake.
